Passerine is an all-day cafe, restaurant, and bottle shop that celebrates regional producers' hard work and abundance of fresh ingredients. Our French-inspired progressive American menu, unique batch-driven beverage program, and wine list that amplifies the emerging voices of the East Coast fermentation community are all part of our commitment to prioritizing seasonality, ethics, and sustainability.

Our goal is to build and nurture a team of people who love food and drinks, local ingredients, and celebrating hospitality. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with others are more important than technical skills or experience. We share responsibility for our restaurant's success and want people who want to be part of that. We're creating a collaborative, educational environment that encourages curiosity and participation from start to finish of your shift.
