Passerine is a neighborhood restaurant and bottle shop in Lancaster, Pennsylvania that brings people together by celebrating the producers, products, and seasons of our region.

We work closely with farmers, growers, fermenters, winemakers, brewers, bakers, and artisans throughout our region, allowing the seasons and their harvests to shape what we create. The ingredients on our tables tell the story of the people who steward the land and the abundance it provides.

We believe hospitality begins long before a guest arrives. It begins with the relationships that make our work possible and continues through every interaction, every meal, and every conversation shared around the table.

A dinner with friends. A bottle shared at home. A conversation with a producer. A new ingredient discovered for the first time.

These moments connect us to one another and to the place we call home. They deepen our understanding of the region, the people who shape it, and the seasons that define it.
