A service charge and Pennsylvania sales tax are added to the final total. Those amounts do not count toward the food and beverage minimum. No additional gratuity is expected.

A deposit is required to confirm and secure your date. Food and beverage minimums apply before service charge and tax; if the final total falls short, the difference is charged as an event fee. The remaining balance is due at the conclusion of service. Full amounts are listed in the events guide.

Events are confirmed once a service agreement is signed, the deposit is paid, and a valid credit card is on file. Menu selections, guest counts, dietary restrictions, and allergies should be finalized seven days before the event.

Cancellations at least ten days before the event receive a full deposit refund. Within nine days, the deposit is nonrefundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are responsible for the agreed-upon food and beverage minimum. Please cancel in writing.
