Join us in welcoming Vine Bar's Wine Ambassador, Bailey Place, as we taste through a selection from Sicilian Producer, Paolo Cali. Paolo Cali hails from Vittoria, the only DOCG regulated region of Sicily, and specializes in the natural production of the native grape, frappato. We'll be exploring a selection of five wines, available either as a flight or by the glass: - The Mood, a sparkling frappato pet nat - The Blues, a white wine known as Grillo - A robust red made from Nero D'Avola - Manene, a blend of Frappato and Nero D’ Avola - And their award-winning Frappato Riserva
